Leader of Debt & Capital Advisory is bachelor’s degree in business administration by Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ),  holds MBA in Finance by Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC-RJ) and MBA in Business Management by Insper-SP. He is also member of Brazilian Finance Institute Member (IBEF).

Frederico has solid experience in restructuring, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions and financial management. Specialized in corporate finance, including financial modeling, valuation, feasibility studies and economic-financial reports. Worked on several projects for companies in the financial, agribusiness, retail, services and industry sectors.

Focused in the development of financial strategies for optimizing capital structure of companies, advising on fundraising and restructuring financial liabilities. In addition, he has extensive experience in Corporate Governance and Investor Relations, having carried out several projects to improve, develop and prepare companies for going public on the stock exchange.

Before join HLB was founding partner of Capiza Boutique. Frederico worked for more than 15 years in top tier financial consulting as MZ Consult, KPMG and PWC (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
