He is graduated in Accounting and Law, Member of Brazilian Bar Association – OAB-SP.

During his more than 20 years career, Crepaldi has worked for 13 years at Big Four, always acting in matters of tax, labor and social security, advising M&A projects and multinational clients.

His main focus is advise foreign and domestic investors on mergers and acquisition process (buy and sell side due diligence), tax structuring and post-deal integrations.

In his career, he worked primarily serving multinational clients in the food, technology, retail, services, energy, pharmaceutical, automotive, chemical and other sectors.
