Carine Garlipp is an executive with over 15 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, and the expansion of institutional partnerships. She spent more than twelve years at Grant Thornton / Pryor Global, where she led projects focused on helping foreign companies enter the Brazilian market, working directly with law firms, consulting companies, financial institutions, and international stakeholders.

With a solid track record in serving multinational clients, Carine has extensive knowledge in setting up local operations, legal representation, compliance, and outsourcing solutions. Her approach combines strategic vision, consultative mindset, and a strong focus on generating value and fostering long-term client relationships.

After a brief tenure in the new business development area at CLA Brasil, she joined the HLB Brasil team in June 2025 as Business Development Director. Her main goals include expanding the client portfolio, strengthening strategic alliances, and implementing initiatives focused on client success and the organization’s sustainable growth.

She holds a degree in Business Communication Technology from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo and is fluent in English, operating with ease in multicultural and high-complexity environments.
