Rachel is Tax Leader of HLB Brasil. She is  graduated in Law and  post graduated  in Tax at IBET and FGV. She is Member of Brazilian Bar Association – OAB-BA.

She has 22 years of career in Tax, with 18 years experience in Big Four (PWC), providing tax advisory, structuring, planning and compliance services to local and international companies, helping clients to solve complex tax issues and create tax opportunities.

She also advise private equity and strategic clients in mergers an acquisitions, in diverse sectors such as technology, pharma, health industry, agribusiness, services, infrastructure, education, construction, petrochemical and chemical industry.
