Latin American and Caribbean Regional Meeting 2025
Innovation, culture, and connection.
The Latin American and Caribbean Regional Meeting 2025 was a remarkable gathering that went far beyond technical discussions — it was a true cultural and technological immersion.
The agenda featured relevant and high-level presentations focused on the future of business and professional services. One of the main themes of the two days was Artificial Intelligence and how we must adapt to an increasingly digital and technological world. From automation in BPO to audit innovations and strategic use of data, AI was present in several talks, generating reflections and discussions on its impact on firms and clients.
Among the highlights was the participation of Marcio Aguiar, Executive Director at NVIDIA, who shared how technology and AI are transforming client experiences and driving results.
In addition to the content sessions, the event also provided memorable cultural moments. The Ginga Tropical group brought the rhythm, history, and tradition of capoeira to the meeting, reminding us that learning also involves immersing ourselves in the culture around us.
There was also time to explore the beauty of Rio de Janeiro. From Christ the Redeemer to other iconic landmarks, each visit was a chance to strengthen bonds and create shared memories, enriching the exchange of experiences among participants.
It was two days of intense learning, inspiration, and connection — reinforcing HLB’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and collaboration across borders.
