Provisional Measure 932/2020 - Reduction of “S” System rates

Provisional Measure 932/2020 was published today, April 1, 2020, which halves, exceptionally and until the month of June 2020, the rates of contributions to the autonomous social services indicated below, in addition to changing some rules of destination of some of these contributions (including in the latter case the contribution to Sebrae):

The measure aims to provide incentive to economic activity and maintenance of employees, being certain that the impact of the measure must be analyzed in view of the social security framework of each company.
